From: "Charles Johnston" Date: Tue, 4 Dec 2001 07:45:07 -0700 Well, I checked your site, and noticed that others have had success flashing, specifically that Max fellow who noticed that the SCSI ID pins get reversed. Well, I never noticed that because I have a full SCSI chain and the new ID just conflicted with another and it appeared to be not responding, when it was just a conflict on the SCSI chain. The good news is, it didn't really kill my drive. It just changed the ID. So, I cracked it open and swapped the jumpers and success!!! I'll have time later to test it more (try out the audio functions).
