Just to let you know that i successfully updated my Seagate CDT-8000 
external via the FUP.exe from Dell and the V5acb-15.hex file. I tested for 
audio support and worked perfectly! (yesssssssssssss).

I'm now seeking software to actually use my old/new featured DDS-DAT audio 
drive. Found a couple, VDAT seems to be the most advanced one, i wish this 
software be free. Found also the VB sources but again, i dont have any 
programming skills, too bad....the search continues...


P.S. : Thanx for the info on your site, it really helped me to find all i 
needed to "upgrade" my DDS drive. And BTW, feel free to give my e-mail to 
whoever ask for the firmware and flash program mentioned above.
